Return Policy
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the goods ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. the order still contains all the right parts, components and the packaging is
exactly as the product arrived.
2. normal handling of the product is evident, breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
The return process is initiated.
4. the product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt
5. We are entitled to charge the customer for the shipping costs.
6. A return shipment will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return shipment will be officially confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect that the goods have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How do I return my order? If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to initiate the return process.

Make sure the email contains the following information:
Order number
Reason for return request
Photo of the product if it is defective
First name + last name of the customer
Address of the customer
We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.
Never send the return shipment to the sender; we will provide you with the correct address after you have requested it. You as a customer bear the shipping costs when you return the item. The consumer has a right of withdrawal according to the following provision, if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or professional activity:
A. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has received or accepted the last goods. Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot cancel the delivery process before shipment, so a refund upon receipt of the goods is not possible. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NAME OF THE BUSINESS) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation is complete as soon as we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods are to be borne by the buyer.
Data sets for transit shipments: Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no influence. If the goods are already on their way to you, a revocation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then send them back to us. You can, of course, also
inform us in advance of your cancellation. In order to guarantee the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of revocation If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, except for delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement and receipt of the goods. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
